Ukraine's ousted president Yanukovych put on Interpol wanted list
The The International Criminal Police Organization, Interpol, said on Monday it had put Ukraine's ousted president Viktor Yanukovych, his son Alexander and former prime minister Nikolai Azarov on wanted list.
Earlier, Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov wrote on Facebook that "Today, several months after Ukraine sent a request to Interpol in March 2014 with the arguments and explanations prepared by the Interior Ministry, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Security Service of Ukraine, an Interpol special commission has come to a decision".
Avakov said Yanukovych, his son Alexander, former Ukrainian premier Nikolai Azarov, former healthcare minister Raisa Bogatyreva and ex-finance minister Yuri Kolobov have been put on Interpol's wanted list.
