Pro Nazi Stefan Fule will arrive in Kiev March 25

European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule will arrive in Kiev March 25 with a two-day visit to "discuss the implementation of the political part of the Association Agreement" with the EU, the commissioner's press service told ITAR-TASS on Monday.

The political part of the agreement, signed March 21 in Brussels by EU leaders and parliament-appointed Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, consists of 21 pages out of 1378 (without appendixes and minutes). This makes about 2% of the total text volume of the document.

The political part of the agreement has a preliminary statement, a number of common principles, as well as plans of joint foreign policy and security policy, in particular, regarding nonproliferation of nuclear weapons. The document also stipulates that the EU should respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Some European media report that the remaining parts of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine that are supposed to be signed after presidential elections scheduled for May 25 are dedicated to Ukraine's commitments regarding the observance of European trade legislation
