Russian humanitarian convoy arrives in Lugansk and Donetsk
Russia's humanitarian convoy arrived in Lugansk and Donetsk on Sunday.
Representative of the Emergency Situations Ministry Oleg Voronov said the convoy's 20 trucks had delivered to Lugansk over 100 tonnes of humanitarian aid.
"As the trucks are unloaded, they will head for the Rostov region," he said.
"Over 50 trucks have arrived in Donetsk," the Emergency Situations Ministry's representative Oleg Voronov said. "They have delivered over 350 tonnes of cargo."
"No emergency situations were registered while the trucks moved. The vehicles are working properly," he added.
Another part of the humanitarian convoy has arrived earlier on Sunday in Lugansk.
As the convoy was checked at the Donetsk and Matveyev Kurgan border crossing stations in Russia's Rostov region earlier on Sunday, the customs procedures were observed by Ukrainian border guard and by the OSCE inspectors.
Between August 23 and November 4, Russia's six convoys to Donetsk and Lugansk delivered over 7.6 thousand tonnes of humanitarian aid - food, water, bed linen, electric generators, water filtering stations, medicines and fuel.
