Ukraine's former premier Timoshenko to be released from prison
Ukraine's former Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko should be freed from detention by a court ruling, Yuri Vlasenko, who acts as a lawyer for Timoshenko, said Friday as he commented on a decision by the national parliament to decriminalize the clause, under which she had been sentenced to seven years in jail.
"Now she is to be freed by the court," he said.
