Ukraine's Interior Ministry: 130 police officers with gunshot wounds taken to hospitals
As many as 130 police officers, who received gunshot wounds in clashes with paramilitaries, have been taken to medical institutions for treatment under physicians' permanent control, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry said on Thursday.
Since February 18, a total of 565 law enforcers have turned for medical help, and now 410 officers among them receive treatment in in-patient hospitals, the ministry said.
The death toll among the police stood at 13 at the time of reporting.
