Moscow regrets Kiev avoids implementation of Minsk Accords — Kremlin
Moscow regrets that Kiev often changes its position at talks in order to avoid implementing the Minsk Agreements, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
"We can only once again express regret over the fact that Ukrainian participants in talks change their positions rather often, change details of their approaches rather often, and in general do everything to not implement their commitments in the framework of the Minsk Agreements," Peskov said.
Talking about Moscow's position on possible deployment of OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) mission in Donbass, the Kremlin spokesman said: "No issue should be considered out of the general context of the Minsk Agreements. They represent a whole package of measures and steps which need to be made, and which not have been made yet."
Peskov's statements come after Wednesday's meeting of the Normandy Four (Russia, Germany, France, Ukraine) foreign ministers in Berlin that ended without any significant results though high hopes were pinned on resolution of the issue with local election in Donbass.
