International Criminal Court Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: The Republic of Serbia signed the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on 19 December 2000 and deposited its instrument of ratification on 06 September 2001.
The Republic of Serbia confirmed upon succession:“...in accordance with article 87, paragraphs 1 (a) and 2 of the Rome Statute, Serbia and Montenegro has designated Diplomatic Channel of communication as its channel of communication with the International Criminal Court and Serbian and English language as the languages of communication.”
