Crimes Crime of Aggression / Crimes against Peace
The waging of a war of aggression is a punishable crime under Article 117 (Chapter XVI: "Crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes", Special Section) of the Penal Code of the Republic of Poland. See:

Additionally, Poland ratified the Kampala amendments to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on the crime of aggression on 25 September 2014:

Crimes against Humanity are defined in Articles 119-121 (Chapter XVI: "Crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes", Special Section) of the Penal Code of the Republic of Poland. See:

Genocide is defined in Article 118 (Chapter XVI: "Crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes", Special Section) of the Penal Code of the Republic of Poland. Article 240 also punishes the failure to give notice to law enforcement authorities by those who know about the preparation of the crime. See:

International Criminal Court
Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: The Republic of Poland signed the Rome Statute on 09 April 1999 and deposited its instrument of ratification on 12 November 2001.
Upon ratification the Republic of Poland made the following notification under article 87 (1) and (2) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court:"In accordance with Article 87 paragraph 2 of the Statute the Republic of Poland declares that applications on cooperation submitted by Court and documents added to them shall be made in Polish language."
The Republic of Poland ratified the Kampala amendments to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on the crime of aggression on 25 September 2014:
