International Criminal Court
Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: Belize signed the Rome Statute on 05 April 2000 and deposited its instrument of ratification on 05 April 2000Upon ratification Belize made the following notification under article 87 (1) and (2) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court:
"Pursuant to Article 87 (1) (a) of the Statute of the International Criminal Court, Belize declares that all requests made to it in accordance with Chapter 9 be sent through diplomatic channels."
