EOHR Concerned over Order of Arrest EOHR Lawyer |

The EOHR is gravely concerned about the news of the decision taken by the Attorney General of the Higher State Security Prosecution to order the arrest of EOHR's lawyer Mustafa Zidan, the lawyer who carried out the mission to investigate the events of Al-Kosheh village. In the morning of yesterday 1 December 1998, a force from the State Security Investigations went to his house but he was not there. He has not been questioned yet. This news come following the imprisonment for 15 days pending investigations of EOHR's secretary general, Hafez Abu Seada, yesterday 1 December 1998.
