Letter dated 25 October 2016 from the Permanent Representative of the Syrian Arab Republic to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Security Council

Upon instruction from my Government, I have the honour to attach herewith a list clarifying the numbers of civilian casualties and injuries, resulting from mortar shells and explosive devices attacks, committed by terrorist armed groups in Syria in the period from 22 September to 23 October 2016 (see annex).

It would be highly appreciated if the present letter and its annex could be circulated as a document of the Security Council.
