Syria wants to join Customs union established by Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan
Syria intends to join the Customs Union established by Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, said Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs of Syria Qadri Jamil, APA reports quoting Turkish press.
The delegation of Syrian government wanted a loan from Russia during Moscow visit. Moscow is expected to pass a corresponding decision on it.
Saying that Syria suffered economic troubles because of embargos applies by the European Union and USA, Jamil spoke about dialogue attempts between government and opposition groups: "We want to give posts to some opposition representatives in the new governmental cabinet. But they don't want a dialogue".
