Follow-up to previously transmitted communications
1460. By letter dated 8 April 2004, the Government provided information concerning
Solomon Y. B. Rogers (E/CN.4/2003/68/Add.1, para. 1257). The Government indicated that
its response is reflected in the report of the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or
arbitrary executions (E/CN.4/2004/7/Add.1, para. 523). Solomon Y. B. Rogers’ death was
caused by a stroke due to severe hypertension.
