Belarus Military Academy cadets to partake in live firing at Ashuluk firing range
Cadets from the air defense department of the Military Academy of Belarus will take part in the air force and air defense training at the Ashuluk firing range (Astrakhan Region) for the first time, BelTA learnt from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
Participating in the training will be 16 cadets. The exercise will involve long range surface-to-air missile systems S-300.
The Belarusian cadets will take part in the third stage of the live firing drills.
The exercise will run through September 11 and will be headed by commanders of operational and tactical units of the air forces and air defense.
