Russia has good progress in oil refining -- Putin
Russia has good shifts in the oil refining sphere, President Vladimir Putin said after Russian-Kazakh talks.
"The most important, which makes us very happy, is that the structure of the Russian economy is changing. We have 3% added down the energy sector line, and refining stands at 43% in the overall growth structure. This has never taken place before during the latest history of Russia, never!" the head of state said.
"We have real shifts in the good direction, considering the current international composition, which, so to say, prompt the Russian economy to restore competencies available earlier and acquire new ones. And we manage to do this," the Russian leader noted.
