COMMISSION OF INQUIRY INTO THE ETHNIC VIOLENCE IN TANA RIVER, TANA NORTH AND TANA DELTA DISTRICTS
EXTENSION OF TIME

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commnader-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, extend the period within which the Commission of Inquiry appointed by me through Gazette Notice Nos. 13554, 13555 and 17698 of 2012, should report on its findings and recommendations, so as to require it to report on or before 25th January, 2013.
